Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment.

Do not wax, tweeze, or use hair removal creams before treatment because the laser needs the hair follicle present to work effectively.

Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for at least 1–2 weeks before treatment.

Sunburned or tanned skin may increase the risk of irritation and can affect treatment results.

  For at least 3–4 weeks before treatment, avoid:
